Hadya Al Rajaby

Hadya Alrajaby is a Deputy Operations Manager in the Pavilions and Exhibitions team. She is an experienced and dedicated individual who is a great team player, responsible for managing the daily operations of the pavilion while leading a team of over a hundred staff members and volunteers. When required, she deputises for the Duty Manager, taking accountability for ensuring an exceptional visitor experience and resolving any operational challenges.
Prior to joining Expo 2020, she was a Retail Sales Executive at IKEA Dubai where she was accountable for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and flawless shopping experience to an average daily footfall of 25,000.
Hadya graduated from The Westminster School Dubai in June 2014, which acted as a foundation of her career. She then went on to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Sciences from University of Sharjah; graduated in 2018.
