New Study Reveals 1 in 3 UK Parents with Private School Children Plan to Relocate Abroad, Prioritising Education
In January 2025, GEMS Education commissioned a OnePoll survey of 500 parents with children at UK independent schools as part of a wider report, titled Exodus & Education, that looks at the growing trend of families relocating from the UK to the UAE. It found that a third of parents with privately educated children in the UK have plans to move abroad in the next few years and that the children’s education is a top priority.
