GEMS Education GCSE Results

  • Over 3,600 GEMS students from 23 schools in the UAE and Qatar sat over 24,000 GCSEs
  • GEMS schools saw 22 per cent of entries achieve grades 9-8, equivalent to an A* grade
  • Among standout schools, Jumeirah College saw 21 per cent of entries awarded grade 9

Results this year truly reflected the hard work and dedication by students, teachers and parents. A near-perfect 99 per cent of GCSE students at Jumeirah College achieved 9-4 (A*-C), and 21 per cent were awarded the top grade 9. At GEMS Wellington International School, 14 per cent of entries scored grade 9 and 95 per cent scored 9-4 (A*-C).

For their first-ever set of GCSE results, GEMS Cambridge International Private School – Sharjah saw an impressive 17 per cent of entries obtain a grade 9. Another standout was GEMS Cambridge International School – Abu Dhabi, where 14 per cent of entries were awarded grade 9. Overall, we are delighted with the results across the GEMS network and proud of our students who have worked so hard throughout the year.
