School Trips

Academic departments organise days out and residential trips to complement courses and to broaden pupils’ horizons.

Theatre visits, lecture days, walks in the local woods, and visits to other local sites routinely feature in school life. Trips abroad and in the UK are regular features in the school calendar.

There are Geography fieldwork trips to Wales, and History and English specialists visit the Ypres battlefields. Mixed groups tour the galleries and museums of London and Amsterdam among others, and primary pupils enjoy an adventure packed activity weekend on the Isle of Wight.
