We believe that investment in a child’s education is the most important one a parent will undertake and at Sherborne House, we are committed to delivering an education which will provide everything your child will need to grow into an exceptional adult.

Having registered with the school, children are invited to spend a ‘taster day’ at Sherborne House getting to know their prospective classmates and teachers and becoming fully acquainted with all that the school has to offer. During the course of their visit, children will participate in a wide range of lessons and activities which will discussed with each parent at an informal meeting at the end of the day visit, during which feedback is given by relevant members of staff. The aim of the day is to give each child an enjoyable and supportive insight into life at Sherborne House, and to enable the staff to offer advice as to how best the school may support and enhance each child’s future learning. The admissions’ procedure is complemented by the receipt of a satisfactory report from the child’s current school.

There is an annual open day for the whole school in the summer term, and departmental open days are held at other times during the year.
